01. Capturing you
My biggest goal is to capture you, just as you are. My vision is not to capture a watered-down, forced smile and pose from you. My job is to get you out of your comfort zone in a safe & natural environment. Let’s get down to the roots of your love; earthy, imperfect, and gritty. Our sessions together are about ditching tradition and getting to know each other as friends, don’t be afraid to let out your inner goofy side; but don’t worry, I’ll help nudge you there too!
Not only am I capturing the chemistry you have with each other, it’s important that we have chemistry together, too. I’m going to be with you for once in a lifetime moments that you’ll look back on forever. That’s some special sh*t. I’m up for an adventure with you, and want to be more than your photographer. I’m here to be your hype man, dress-perfecter, adventure pal, and most importantly: your friend.
02. THE CHEMISTRY
It's important that your photographer checks all of your boxes. You want someone you’re comfortable with, fits your budget, creates gorgeous work with storytelling through imagery & thoughtful editing, and provides you with memories you can cherish forever. Photographs are the only thing you can hold onto and look at 30 years from now - says while you’re looking over your grandchildren’s shoulder telling them how you met. By hand-editing every image delivered to you, I’m guaranteeing each and every photo is treated with care to be cherished over a lifetime. When editing my photography, I’m careful to artfully color grade everything to where your photos won’t go out of style in time - my mission is to provide you with photography that is everlasting and timeless. Your story as art.

I have a passion for adventure, spontaneity, and squeezing the juice out of everything life has to offer. What does this mean for you? This means I’m ALWAYS up for an adventure. Want to take me to your elopement in Iceland? I’m your girl. Want to find a remote area in the mountains for your engagement photos? I’ll lead the way. You can expect me to say “Hell yeah!” to all kinds of requests for your special day(s). Breaking the mold and capturing your dream vision is an adventure I’m more than willing to embark on.

Great photos aren’t a product of the camera, they’re a product of a seasoned photographer who has experience, a knack for visual storytelling, and technical knowledge. I’m not afraid to go on an adventure, get a little dirt on my hands, get creative, and have fun with you. Yes! Additional hours may be added to any package priced at $350.00 per hour.
In the case of a smaller elopement, it's not always necessary. When it comes to more full day & larger guest count weddings, having a second shooter allows for more coverage for things like getting ready, ceremony & reception. It's like having me in two places at once! Having an additional perspective for the most important moments of your wedding is the best way to ensure you receive the highest quality photos.
I edit each and every photo with thorough care. Many of my clients approach me not only for my storytelling & composition, but my color grading as well. I hand grade every deliverable before sending them off to you, including my second shooters photos if your package includes one.
I'm currently based in Ellington, CT and I will travel just about anywhere! I absolutely love to travel, and if there's another destination that will be a part of your story, I'd love to chat about joining you.
Simply put - hell frickin yeah I am! Whether you have a colored wedding dress, a Halloween theme, want to hike up a mountain to a view to say your vows, or anything in between - count me in! I'm here for all the crazy adventures that make your day as you as possible.
I am not teamed up with one exclusively, but I do have a list of recommendations I can share with you if you're looking!
I don't cap you at any certain number of photos, I deliver the absolute best and all of the best. A fair estimate is about 50-100 photos per shooting hour, but it can vary! Full weddings take anywhere from 8-10 weeks to be delivered.

If you know me by now, you know I have 3 pups that are my whole freakin world. Sooo YES! I love dogs, please bring your baby if the location approves. Some handy tips I like to share are make sure to have a collar/leash thats a solid neutral color so they don't clash with you (tractor supply has cheap options). Also feel free to bring treats for bribes and an extra pair of hands to hang out with your pup while I do some photos without.
More than anything, I want my photos to speak on the personalities and real lives of your family and if that means running around a field, playing with the grasses and all kinds of piggy backs to crack a smile then that's what we'll do! As time passes and you look back on these, it'll be a memory and experience and not just photos. Embrace their wild side!
HOW MANY PHOTOS DO WE RECEIVE & HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
This depends on each session, but a general number is about 40+ photos delivered to you online where you can download, favorite, print and more. Normal galleries can take up to about 3-4 weeks to be delivered.
